There was an episode where Elaine wanted the guys to joke with her like they do eachother but they don't want to because shes a girl and they know she couldnt handle it.
She insists that she can but when they do she tries really hard, "no.. I'm ok.. rally im ok.. keep going" they tear her apart and just as they said she couldnt handle it and cried.
