Segway ideas into cellphone convos for Radioshack Sales guy.?

So I work at Radioshack and am supposed to sell 8 cell phones a month. What this entails is trying to move most conversations with customers into one about their cellphones.

Of course I help them with whatever they need in the first place, and then some, but afterwards I also have to do my part.

Most people don't like sales people, and you probably don't either, but what are some suggestions or tips to go about asking, "How is your cell phone service?"

And I do just ask it straight up like that sometimes but some people get caugt off guard, and a little offended because then my true sales side comes out.

I appreciate all the help and piss on all the haters.
