This one came to my attention yesterday:

"Police report: Crack found in man's buttocks"

I kid you not.100% genuine. I don't know how to supply links but if you google the headline itself there are many references to it.

Have you happened upon any similarly great examples recently - brilliant by dint of ill-consideration, like the above, or due to misspellings that alter the entire meaning of the thing from that which was intended (brief example here, and in keeping with the drugs theme; I once read of one unfortunate man who had a "heron addiction") - ?

For some reason these literary c0ck-ups tickle the hell out of me - but they must be genuine.
Got any gooduns?
Cheers!

There was a headline about someone who broke into my house and stole my very valuable panties collection. Luckily, I managed to get the story blocked before it went into print as there was no truth in it.

I still have my valuable and irreplaceable collection :-)
