Seeing my internet history on laptop?

Basically, i have a laptop and my friend went on porn on my laptop when i was in the shower for some reason :(

and we are about to switch internet providers from AOL to BT..

If we switch AOL wont send browsing history through the post or anything will they?

So AOL definately wont send history in post or anythin?

Basically i want to know will my mam definately not find out i have been on porn???? cheers x
