Seeing my ex at the gym?

okay well me and my ex still talk but only on the phone and we have't seen each other in a while. I still have feelings for him and he told me he started going to the same gym as me, and i'm really nervous to find him there. I feel so ugly in the gym and i don't want him to see me all ugly..ughh help pleez!! any advice??
all sweaty and hair messed up..=(
