This has only been happening today.
I keep seeing faces for no reason pop out. why is this happening
i know its a trick of my eyes but i want to know if this is common, and why its happening. I never see faces unless i look at something for a while then make out a human face pattern, like naturally. But this is different. My eyes are tricked into seeing faces that "pop up" out of nowhere for no reason and when i look its just a light or a shadow. Why am I interpreting this as faces? it's happened more than 10 times today and hasn't happened before. Its freaking me out and I keep thinking i'm seeing weird faces.
I want to know what this, if its common, why its happening, and not whats "psychologically wrong" with me.I know its nothing paranormal and I know that these things are not actually faces of anything, its just my mind tricking them into thinking that it is..but why? When i look again i cant make out a facial pattern in anything. I dont normally see faces anywhere no matter how tired I am and I was well rested today. Its annoying.
