Security features & phone platform

Hi. Motorola phones using the P2K platform had a neat "Lock Application" security feature that enabled password protecting individual menus/features of the phone. Motorola has since moved away from P2K.

I've searched, but only the samsung memoir has this feature (but the incoming audio isn't to my liking)

can anybody advise if symbian, android, wm6/7 have this capability?

i searched them, but couldn't find anything conclusive.
