So I had to obtain a moral waiver in order to enlist in the reserves.. Long story short, I was able to obtain the waiver because I was a juvenile at the time and had not gotten into any sort of trouble since, not even a parking violation. Would this bar me from obtaining a secret clearance for a 56m chaplains assistant MOS? My battalion commander informed me that I was good and all one needs to obtain a secret clearance is be a U.S. citizen. Any two cents would be much appreciated.
