I recently bought a used 2003 Toyota Echo, and now the front seat belts have locked up, and I can't put them on. This has been going on for a few weeks, but they usually loosen up within about 15 minutes and I can put my seat belt on, but now my driver-side seat belt has been locked for 3 days! Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be? Am I going to be stuck going to a dealer and paying an outrageous amount of money just to get my seat belts to unlock?
