season premiere of so you think you can dance - top 20 question?

after janette and brandon's performance on so you think you can dance, the judges were to discuss the performance. one thing i didn't get was when kat said "give us an eyebrow and give us your verdict"
then mary said, "i can't anymore because of botox" and everyone freaked out and laughed. why was that so funny? i don't get it?

can anyone explain
 
Cat meant like 'raise one eyebrow' to say whoa that was good...
Then Mary was kinda joking and was like 'Oh I can't raise one eyebrow because of botox'
And then everyone was laughing because what's the point of getting botox if everyone knows about it?
