Searching for a music video.

While watching one of VH1's "Awesomely Bad" episodes, a music video considered "bad" caught my eye. It was a techno-electronic-dance beat, with lyrics along the lines of "Raise your head, oh", or something to that effect - it was too distorted to hear well. The music video features assorted monkeys bearing the faces of the band members. The monkeys were tearing apart a laboratory of some sort. At the end of the video, the monkeys return to normal, and it is revealed the band members are in cages, and the monkeys are free.

Any help here? I would like to know what band played the song, and if possible, the name of the song itself.
