It's an older film involving two girls who set out to win the heart of a prince and a fairy "godmother" or just old lady who helps and advises. While the blond girl either receives a necklace from the prince or the godmother I don't remember, and the black haired girl stealing it away. This is key because the prince recognizes the necklace instead of a glass slipper. But the movie involves the girls falling into a magic well also. It is clay animation as well. Does anybody know this film?
