Any good? what did you think of it? I might buy it, it sounRAB like a film I will like.

Please don't post any spoilers in here! Just want to know what you thought of the film, NO GIVEAWAYS - please!

All sorts, but thrillers especially. I don't know if you read my post before I edited it but some **** on IMDB spoiled it for me - they revealed the killer in their review, without a spoiler warning! Still want to see it though.

Se7en is a great film, I was lucky enough to see it on the cinema when it was out which helped the experience as it's a very atmospheric movie.
Be warned though, it's gruesome from beginning to end, but not gratuitously. The horror is relevant to the story.
See it, you'll love it.

It's a brilliant film & you will not be disappointed.

DOn't worry about having the killer spoiled for you, there's so much more to grab your attention. You'll be transfixed, it's brilliant.

Let us know what you think when you've seen it.

Very intense, violent, fast paced and brilliantly acted (One of the best thrillers of the past 20 years).
Highly influential too,see the glut of the detective seeking the clever serial killer story TV series made since (Messiah,Cold Blood,Wire In The Blood ect)

But be warned it is as grim and depressing as a episode of Eastenders.:D

It is a great film, a minor classic, stylistically superb, well paced, acted with a good mix of thrills and good acting.

the identity of the killer won't spoil the ending- there is still a big shock at the climax, but even when you know the twists, it is still worth watching. Also worth buying as it stanRAB up to repeat watching

it's a great film - the ending is nothing short of genius, the way the last two sins are represented at the end is probably one of the cleverest endings in any film.

It's a good film, although not great IMHO, maybe I suddenly guessed pretty much exactly the ending (which is extremely rare for me) and so it wasn't a great shock. IMHO Fincher's Fight Club and Zodiac are both far better films. :)

I had the 2 disc set and loaned it to a 'friend', sadly it never re-surfaces after asking many times, so I guess I will just have to buy it again. From what I saw of it, it is a brilliant film. My mum even went to see it at the cinema, and she's definitely not into that sort of film and she also enjoyed it, but the bad sound quality of the cinema spoiled it for her somewhat. Must buy it again if it's going for as cheap as

It's a superb film (one of my all time favourites), when I saw it at the cinema I was on the edge of my seat, heart pounding! It's brilliantly acted and the 'gruesome' bits must be there for the storyline, but it's not done in a gratuitious way.

Agree with all the others in that this a great film, under appreciated in some respects. Great acting, story and with a twist that is almost as good as the Usual Suspects.
