Se K800 Nyc Help 911!!!

Please help me... Will the SE K800 work well with Cingular in NY-Tristate? because the K800 is 3G, I heard 3G doesn't work well with cingular. Thanks A lot
 
You can't use 3G on the K800i because it uses UMTS 2100, while Cingular uses UMTS 1900.
 
I'm probably guessing that the OP wanted the ability to use 3G in her area with the K800i because the K790a does not have that, only EDGE. And since she lives in NY, she can get by with just the 1900 Mhz.
