on connecting the system to power the standby light comes on. when i press the power switch it moemntarily turns off and returns to standby light again.
If i press the power swich and hold it, the standby light goes off but returns the moment i relase the hold.
Further on holding the swich the other components like cd changer tape deck and tuber turn on but nothing works that is open close or play buttons are not responding. I understand the protection circuitry may be turned on. How do i reset it
