Tis issue has been discussed in many threads. When you get the HD packageyou get both East and West feeds in HD. If you want to get both East and West feeds in SD you hve to suscribe to US Network for 1$/month
For a period of time client that had the HD pacakge and didn't suscribe to US networks were receiving the West feeds due to a technical glitch. This issue has been fixed, clients have been notified on thei bill, and now if you don't pay the 1$ a month you don't get the West SD feed.
