Sculpture based on meat?

Im looking for ideas for a sculpture based on meat, I have photographed and collaged meat and now I hqave to take it into sculpture any ideas...........

she did also other installation using meat - though she said it doesn't smell good after a while...
Meat is not a good permanent sculpture medium, you can use it for short lived projects and the finished product can be a photograph or you accept making ephemeral art.
Guts can, however be used and they dry beautiful and semitransparent.
