My question is basically: When I get a HTML code for a scrollbar for a page, how do I make it work with both Firefox and Internet explorer? Are the codes different?
I added a scrollbar code for my Tumblr blog and it didn't work because I use Firefox, and the code was apparently designed for Internet Explorer..
