I have Zelda and SMB (Very unimpressed with the latter)

Looking for something more single player oriented because I'm a loser

This is the exact reason i have gamefly.

Take your money and get a gamefly membership.

I see it like this. If you bought ONE game a month, that would cover the cost of your gamefly membership. And then some.

Why drop 50-70 bucks on ONE game a month, or MORE, when you can have a gamefly account that sends you up to FOUR games at a time ( right now i have 1 360 game, and 3 wii games ) for one low price each month?

Heres the kicker. If you get games that are unreleased that you might want to own, before they come out, add them to your que, when they send them to you, they are BRAND NEW, without scratches.

IT gets better.

If you want the game, they sell it to you for a LOW price, lower than the new "used" games that EB sells. Plus, they send you the box and instructions in the mail, and that frees up a slot for yet another game.

Most of my games, due to the fact ive been a gamefly member for over a year, are discounted 10% off an already low price. And, as time goes on, the price gets lower, and lower, and lower. And seeing as how there is no due date, if you keep a game for a month or two, chances are great you can pick it up for around 30-40 bucks, still in the new condition they sent it to you in, if you so decide to keep it.

Its fucking great man, and youd be a fool not to at LEAST try it.

As for single player games for the Wii, there are very few good single player games. Zelda is really the only "great" single player game right now. Multiplayer games and party games are were the wii is shinning. You wil have to wait a few months for any good single player games to really hit the market. However, I did hear that call of duty 3 was pretty damn good for the wii...Never played it. Red Steel was a horrible disappointment, stay away.

You sound like you are advertising for them

Are you?

I think I'm going to try it. Lately I've been buying games, opening them and being like "Why the hell did I just spend $60 on this thing"

Ill give it a shot at least

Are there any promos going for gamefly, like the first month free or anything nice like that?

Edit: 2 games for $15 for the first month

Not bad. Do they ship them out as soon as they get scanned at the post office or do they have to receive it before they will send it out?

I've never done any online renting

when i first started using them, they didnt ship games out until they got them back, but now the ship as soon as my mail service has scanned them in.... so the turn around is alot faster.

Nice. I'm in fucking heaven right now. Especially since renting games is like $8 now.

But now I'm still tempted to take back SMB and get something else to tide me over for the weekend

If you're looking for a good Single Player, COD3 is supposed to be pretty good for a single player, but beware it has absolutely NO multiplayer.
