Screen Select DVD rental

I've been with screenselect for over a year but the last 3 weeks have seen a delay of 2 or 3 days before they send out films. I've got plenty in my selection but 2 spaces have been 'Awaiting Allocation' since Friday.

I will probably cancel it towarRAB the end of the year. I only joined as I just wanted to use their back catalogue, and have now seen most of the old films I wanted to see.
 
I used to be a member of screenselect for around 4 months, great company their only problem was the cardboard packets they send the discs in i had hassle with them
 
I noticed a similar delay after I had been with them for several weeks.

The first few weeks they were dispatching me top choice titles on the same day they received them back.

Several weeks in they allocated me lower choice titles and took 2-3 days to dispatch from the day they got them back.
 
They sound like the same tactics used by both.
Sucker you in with fast returns then when you're fee paying, all of a sudden the first class mail takes 3 days to get to you.

Don't know if Blockbuster are any better.
 
I had been with Screenselect for around six months and I've never had any problems with them. The turn around is usually pretty quick. Send one back on Monday and the next one is here on Wednesday. Send that one back on Thursday and you'll get one on Saturday, ready for the weekend. That way, you usually get eight DVD's per month which is pretty damn good
 
I switched from Lovefilm to Screenselect 3 months ago - LF were getting very slow, and I found a promo code for Screenselect to get the three disc package for
