Someone crashed into my car last month and it got written off so i have been given a brand new citroen ds3 as a courtesy car. The interior near the radio is a shiny black plastic. I have just noticed a section of scratches/scuff marks that i'm pretty sure were not there when i was given the car. will they charge me to fix this? will they have to replace the whole section? and is there any way of removing the marks? please help!!
