Scraped my side on a piece of rusty metal

I was holding a piece of a broken chair and I accidentally scraped the side of my stomach(lovehandle) with a metal hinge part. I had a shirt on and it left a little scrape, like a little red line so I guess not a cut really. I washed it with some handsoap but not right away because I wasn't sure if I should or not since it wasn't really bleeding but just a red line. It's not bleeding that I can tell. Should I be worried about tetanus?

when was the last time you had a shot? I worked in a high school. The rule we followed per the hospital guidelines was routine shot every 10 years. 5-7 years if cut. You can call your hospital, health dept or dr.

Tetanus isnt a worry is scratches, only in puncture injuries.

Wahs it with soap, and put some antiseptic on it.

I'm not sure when my last tetanus shot was. Over 10 years ago I'm guessing.
