Scrap booking help please!?

I am making a scrap book for my sisters graduation and its an 8.5x8.5 pre-ready scrap book(has paper and stickers). I need refills and I'm not sure where to go to get them. Also i wanted to know if it would look weird to put pictures on the front and back part of the page? I'm new at scrap booking and if you have any other tips please give them to me!!!!! Thanks a bunch
