Scrambled screen on N95-3.

Today everything on the screen of my N95-3 became scrambled. Sometimes I can tell what it's supposed to be displaying.

I removed the memory and sim cards, and did the three-finger salute. It went into the configuration screen where it asked me to select a language, but I could barely make out that much of it, as it's still scrambled. So I know the reset went through, I'm wondering if it may be a hardware issue.

Any ideas?
 
It's probably related to the screen or the cable connecting the screen to the phone. Something similar happened to my mom's 5800 in cold weather but it didn't stay for a long time. Sounds like you should open up your phone/send it in for warranty.
 
Same thing happened with my N80. I tried everything including replacing the LCD cable and reflashing the firmware but couldn't get it fixed. Hope you have better luck...
 
Something similar happened to my father's N82. I ended up replacing the LCD and everything worked fine. It was really easy to do on the N82. I have never had to do that with my N95, so I don't know the level of difficulty.
 
Thanks for all the replies. Maybe I'll send this to Nokia and see if it's worth repairing. Other than the display, it seems to be working fine.

My contract just expired, so I'll be getting a new phone in a few days anyway.
