Scout camp pranks needed?

Were explorers in the west of scotland and were going to a camp in a couple of weeks. The scouts from our group are going aswell and we needa get them! weve already got some things lined up.
Steal all the food gas and stoves out the kitchen tent.
Toothpaste, honey, mustard in the custard(desert),tape ppl up, shaving cream, lock ppl in tents, fake kidnapping, antiquing( flour),beans in fire in middle of night ext ext . So we need some radical ideas dosnt matter how brutal but no shit stuff.

and getting into troubles no problem our leads well sound and well be at a scout run out door center at which we know the leaders so will probally get lots of help, were also in tents so roll up roll up any ideas are welcome.
 
almost every camp has a flag pole.. right?
and almost every camp has a water front/pool.. right?
and at almost every camp's waterfront some idiot forgets there underwear at it.. right? well find out a friend, leader, or park ranger and right there name in it and put it on the flag pole
