Today I found out the hard way that my drivers license has been suspended. Appearently I received a photo radar ticket on 02/07/09 on Scottsdale and Mcdowel rd. The issue is I have never received the ticket until today. The document I received from the court when I called shows that arraignment was set on 03/06/09; I’m assuming this is the first notice they sent out that I never got. The notice also says that I had been served on 05/02/09. This didn’t happen. I moved at the end of April and changed my address with MVD 05/15/09. 06/15 and 06/23 it shows returned mail address unknown (again I changed my address with the mvd and have my confirmation number). Any ways the case is closed does anyone know how I can fight this?
