Isn't that great? It reminds me so of his "Take my haaaand. Come onnnnn" *wiggles fingers impatiently* moment from the second Roots video. If I'd seen this particular recording of this performance before I finished the "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" video, this one absolutely would have made the cut.

And then we also get a preview of what would someday come in a Tracy Wilson post-Worlds interview.

I don't know, Thief, it's only been a few months, and you are quite young. Are sure you're ready to commit to them? I mean, it is a big step, firmly declaring yourself a fan. You could always play the field for a little longer, then figure out that they are the ones you want to declare yourself a fan of.

You are welcome Liz

I'll post the translation tonight around midnight (Italian time zone)

bogolisk -- Well, I think it's more that Tessa, with her primary, nearly lifelong interest in dance, adapted to the practice quite readily; also, at the risk of sounding stereotypical, it's likely much easier for a girl to take to expressing romance in a program without feeling slightly ridiculous or cheesy about it. It might be a bit less natural for a guy's guy like Scott, and so it's something that he had to learn as they moved into the senior ranks, and become comfortable with -- presenting himself as a fully-expressive romantic lead on the ice, even as overdramatic as that might have felt.

Is that a good wow or a bad wow, Mo?

It is really interesting to actually see that stage in their physical development, isn't it -- where she was catching up to him and he had a few years to go before filling up and out as he has since (not that he's tall now, but he has a few good inches over her). It's great to see how they navigated that, because you know that was their only choice; they were never going to seek out other partners. Not an option, and somehow I doubt they'd have been willing to end their career over height issues, either.

(I've always found it amazing, all the same, how everything sort of fell into place for them in that regard, though; Tessa ended up the shortest in her tall family, and Scott grew to just the right height to make a perfect match with her for lifts and general aesthetic appeal. They're quite a pair.)

Okay, so this is actually pretty interesting.

So my family and I were at the ice show for the second time, and when Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir came out on the ice I was in awe! (Of course!) And in the finale, they go around the ice giving high-fives to people in the front row, well I was in the fourth row at the end of the isle. So they missed me coming around the first time, no big deal. I jumped over a bar and onto stairs in attempt to get down the the bottom row. I had my hand out, and I swear 1 glide before they got to me, they took a turn for the middle and headed backstage (end of the show)

I though I was going to die.

It was absolutly eating my insides all afternoon. I "was gonna die" as I VERY often put it... until I suggested that we go to the BMO center to check it out, and my plan worked, I got to go back for the ending of the evening show to try to high-five them again... it didn't work =( The section was full =(

So I walked away with crushed hopes, and suddenly my dad was pulling on my shirt, dragging me back to this poster at that entrance. It was of the two of them at the podium. Then it hit me what the poster said...

Come meet Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir.

So I got to meet them! It was PERFECT TIMING because it was starting in about a half an hour, but we couldn't for the LIFE of us find the "Kids Zone" where they were gonna be. So we were running around like idiots asking everyone where it was when finally 1 person (must have been the 20th person we'd asked) gave us perfect directions, and just in time because they were only taking 100 people!

So I got to meet them, and got to talk to them. They now know my name, and I got my high-fives with both of them (Scott also giving me a "WOO-HOO" and "You are amazing") I have honestly never been so happy.

And then I went later on that night for a more in depth meet and greet later on, but I don't have pictures becuase my stupid battery was dead.

I'm sorry if this is a little hard to understand, it was written as if everyone knew what I am talking about (locations and such) If you need any clarification, just tell me!

Oh, and I re-posted and added photo's that I got from the first meet-and-greet.

You asked for long =)

Thanks to everyone on here for doing my special request picspams, and special thanks to Lizy and V!

I know!! They look so peaceful and right...and I love how his eyes are closed and their foreheads and his hands on her waist, her hands on his neck..gahh, it's just all too cute!

Oo, can I see one of the banners Anna? I'll probably do the icons tonight, so I'll PM them to you! :D

Like that crazy little Olympic FD warm-up, erm, moment (hi, Massimo's suspenders!), it might be one of those things better left a mystery. Heh. ;)

Why, yes you may =D And arresting him seems a little... well... nice. I was thinking throwing them is a ball pit with lobsters. Lots and lots and lots of pinchy lobsters. It won't do any permanent damage... but it will do! :evil_lol:

But with the arresting idea's... we could use the handcuffs to tie them down, and then we could watch... and laugh until Scott wakes up in a cold sweat thinking "Who in the world were those girls? They were scary *comes onto read this forum* ... omg... OMG... TESSA! MARRY ME!"

Yup, that should do it.

Haha, I always love when he tries to be subtle, because poor boy always fails so miserably. :D

ANY MORE TAKERS FOR TESTIMONIALS AND SEASONS?! PLEASE?!

ETA: I need help, I need a Tennessee Waltz Picture :D

That is one look you don't want to be on the receiving end for!

A few posts back (may have been on the 45th thread) those horoscopes that someone posted are scarily accurate. I personally don't have much time for that kind of stuff but I humoured myself and I was laughing the entire time I was reading it!

Thank you for sharing. I love your story of meeting them.

I'm amazed that you had the same injury as Tessa and continued playing soccer so long! That's incredible!

Something interesting I was noticing in these pictures. This is the first time in over a year, I think, that I see a picture of Tessa without her gold chain with the little circle.

I know exactly what you mean. I don't think I'll be finding much new inspiration until the new season starts. At least I can make icons to tide me over!

Saw that and used it already Lizy - thank you so much! :)

Tina, love the way it's organized!
