I always dye my hair a auburny red which isnt that dark, but they never had my usual colour so i baught one of them colour live ones which was near to my colour but this made my hair go dark brown.
So i used colour b4 the extra one and my hair was back to its ginger colour so i dyed the colour i always buy onto this and it went back to the previous dark colour.
I then did a colour b4 the dark one again and it was back to the ginger colour so i used a 6 week wash out one which ive used many times before even on darker hair and i get a nice light red.
But this time its gone back to being brown, with red roots, ive washed and washed it with vosene and its not coming out like it usualy does.
when i was doing the colour b4 i followed the instructions and i washed it out for a long time as it said.
what can i do????
