Scorpios are really into talking on the phone?

When I talk to my ex-scorpio, he enjoys talking with me on the phone, and he will talk to me for hours. When I tell him it is too late and go to sleep, he is getting mad at me, and tells me that you can always call me & talk to me I get relaxed when I talk to you.........So is this a good sing for me or not?
