Sciphone i68+ NEEEEEED HELP!

Hi, people! I'm from Croatia and i bought sciphone i68+ from ebay. When this phone came to my country. The Customs ask me for CE Declaration of Conformity or phone goes back to the HK. Unbeliveble!!!

So, did someone have this CE. Please can you send me scan, or...
 
I have the same problem at the custom in Croatia!
Can anyone help me get this EC Declaration of Conformity for " Sciphone N9 3G"?
