Depends what your gunna use it for...dodge srt-4 is actually pretty fast for basically being a neon, you can get a turbo, upgraded exhaust and body kit instaleld from factory...if you got srt-4 thats the wy to go...if you just want a car get scion tc but I would take the srt-4...Most hp outta all those cars
