Sciatica

Sorry to have to say this but I am looking for someone who has found a remedy cure answer anything to remove or ease sciatica pain.
PLEASE do not write to me telling me I need a scan or telling me about the pain you are in. I am looking for someone who has maybe had scans maybe been to doctors and maybe used exercises or any other alternatives and got rid of it. If you are out there I would be grateful if you would get in touch with me
 
I will most definitely be in the minority here, but the only thing that cured my intense right leg sciatica, was the daily use (and I still use it) of an inversion table. Your results may vary, but it worked wonders for me.
