Schwinn Exercise Bike Fitness test results?

we just got a schwinn exercise bike, and i took the fitness test and got the fitness number result thing. what does it mean? does anyone know? i've searched the web and can't find it anywhere... thanks
couldn't find it anywhere in the manual online. don't have a hard copy of the manual...
