No. We have to cover the budget which they project from the previous years incomes. This year we are way short and there is no way to pay for the programs and projects.
That is why 2010 will be the worst year for county and state run programs and jobs.
 
No, just a RINO.

I voted Libertarian in our last governor's election because I was already sick of Arnold's RINO-ness.
