School/sports/clubs problems?

Ok, so this one is a little bit complex.

My schedule is:
5:00 a.m. cross-country practice
7:00 a.m. get ready for school
1st- Seminary
2nd- History
3rd- English
4th- Sign Language
5th- Algebra 2
6th- sports
5:00- come home
Rest of the night-whatever

But, I am getting B's in
Almost 2nd, 3rd, 4th(hopefully), and 5th hour.

Like I said, last year, I got straight A's.

I don't mind hard work, but I don't know what to do.

2nd, I got kinda cocky and didn't study, but 3rd I really tried, and 4th I really did, and 5th, how do you study except for doing the home work (which I do)

In 3rd, I've always been bad at english, 4th, I am really slow, and I have communication problems since I was little, and 5th, I cannot focus with that teacher. He mumble, gets sidetracked, and half the time I don't understand what he is saying.

What should I do?

(I am also doing a lunch-only art club like once or twice a week, because my friends sit with mean friends, and I don't like sitting with them.)

(Don't tell me not to do art, I want to do it as a profession, and there is no drawing/painting classes at my school[used to, but the teacher was fired] Don't tell me not to run. I have been doing it for 2 going on 3 years now [9, 10, and now, 11])

I am in the 11th grade.

ANY IDEAS WILL HELP.
Please and thank you. (to everybody who answers, so much).

Try dropping one of the classes and get a study hall. Maybe drop sign language, and instead of taking a class on it, teach yourself, buy a book and just teach yourself, you could work on it during the weekends that way you have the week to do other homework, and you will still be able to put on college applications and job resumes that you know sign language.
And yes you can study more than doing the homework. Doing the homework helps you learn the work, it doesn't help you study for it. To study means that you devote time to make sure you completely understand whatever you are learning at the present time. And you do this by going over your old homework and making you sure understand why you might have gotten that algebra problem wrong, making flash cards and going over the vocabulary you may be learning in english class. You could even make a song, like for history class. I did that a lot, if you have to remember the oder of certain wars, or the order of presidents make up a song about it, and then when you go running in the morning, sing that song to yourself so that way you will feel more prepared for school. Also, studying right before bed helps a lot because it has been scientifically proven that you will attain more information that way. And you just need to learn not to procrastinate if you do, I do and one thing I've learned is to never cram for a test, don't wait until the last week of a unit to read 10 chapters in a text book, there will be distractions, a cross country meet possibly … and you won't remember anything that way unless you have a photographic memory.

To be able to study better make sure you are in a room with no distractions, at a DESk, not your bed and try and keep everything organized so that way you won't waste any time and will have more time to just soak in all the info.

I hope I said at least a few helpful things for you
Good Luck

I am not sure what your question is...

I can see, this schedule is pretty exhausted, especially waking up before 5 am.

However, if you know you can handle this, do it. Please study, and do your work, otherwise you wont get straight A.

For english, leave it. After dealing with this year schedule, i realize, everything has a purpose. I can understand what you are dealing. Try this, talk to your teacher about your situation; like your worst subject is english, and maybe he will help you out. This is what i did to my English teacher, and it helped me.

In the end, try your best and enjoy your year. The time for leaving high school coming closer. I have couple months left, before i am going to college.
