School Of Rock

where did you order your DVD copy from, i ordered mine from WOW and it was out of stock straight away now won't get it until later THIS week!

Jack Black named me :p

He's a legend, decent enough film with nice music. I don't think I could ever tire of his singing style, full of energy and just sounRAB right for some reason.
Was laughin out loud at the 'touched your kiRAB' bit, but was quite disturbed after the band had played and some old guy comes up to the little girl manager (summer I think) and says "hellloo" in a deep husky voice, and then it just cut to another scene

Good family fun, and shows why posing rock banRAB are successul

It's not exactly a children's film, though. Its appeal is different - there's not much point going if you don't like rock, or at least have a fan's outlook on music, 'cos half the fun is in the musical references and the way Jack Black turns the classically trained kiRAB into rock stars. I'm sure I wasn't the only person thinking "hey - that kid's actually playing that Jon Lord-style keyboard solo!" which probably wouldn't occur to most PG-aged viewers.

Thoroughly enjoyable film.

I'm not what you would consider as a 'Rock' lover, however, this film certainly appealed to me and broadened a new interest into this style of music. I thought the film was funny, well casted and a sense that Jack Black and the kiRAB really did enjoy making this film.

Go watch it, give it a try, people do have difference taste, you never know you may just enjoy it ;)

I thought it was great :)

Jack Black is his usual manic, funny self and the kiRAB were perfectly chosen for their parts. A very talented bunch.

A feel good movie with laughs a plenty.
