School food vs.fresh cooked food?

What are some pros and cons switching from public school lunches to the school preparing fresh store bought food?? I already have some no brainer ones, but I know there are some that I just can't get right now, Suggestions remember Pros and Cons
School food is generallly made by Sodexo the company. What are the pros and cons of having a school switch to Food being made by hand instead pre-prepared frozen food??
 
Your question is a bit confusing.

Schools use fresh when they can but the cost of buying fresh and making sure it is all used up efore it rots out weighs that.
