School cafeteria seating capacity?

For my drafting class we have to do a design project. I'm doing a K-8 school, but am having trouble with the cafeteria. How many seats would I need in comparison to the school enrollment? It's planned to have 2250 kids in grades K-8 (250 per grade). I know it would depend on the number of lunch periods, but I'm not sure how many it will be. How many seats do you think I should put in?
