I've been searching through various scholarship websites, but I'm having trouble finding ones that apply to me. I'm an independent student since I don't have my parents around, so I need as much free financial aid as I can get. Does anyone know of any scholarships for children with a recently deceased parent? Or an incarcerated parent? Any scholarship websites other than fastweb, scholarships.com, college-scholarships.com, or finaid.org would also be appreciated. Thank you for your help.
