Hello today December 1st was the deadline for the YOuth Foundation scholarship. I just heard about this and it said to have letter postmarked by december 1st to get a request for application form. Can I just mail them in a letter stating that the mailpeople somehow messed it up and i had to submit it again on December 2nd or 3rd? This really happened. Will they still consider it if I have a real good reason.
