Scheduled Soft Resets

I had thrown this out there a few months back but thought I'd try once more ...

Is anyone aware of a program that will allow the user to "SCHEDULE" (not just manually perform) repeating soft resets? Meaning ..... I want my handheld to soft reset itself every morning at 3 a.m.

How is this possible?

On a Treo 650 using TreoGuard you can schedule the phone to turn back on after a soft reset - that's as close as I've seen.

You might check with the folks at GoTreo Software and see if they want to branch out into what your looking for?
 
There is software called Softset, but it doesn't have scheduling capablity.

I gotta ask you, why would you want to have a soft set scheduled daily? Why would it be necessary? Just curious?
 
I have heard that it is a very good idea to perform a soft reset at the end of the day and/or after complex functions such as full backups, etc...

My pea brain can't remember to manually do this each day.
