Scene that made you jump out of your seat

Psycho II, at the end where Norman Bates is making tea (?) for his "mother" then DANGGGG !

Still great even when you know it's coming.

Wouldn't consider the Ring 2 as a good film, but the bit where the Deer rams the car made me jumped about 6 foot in the air. Also The bit in Taking Lives where the head falls from the ceiling.

Got to agree with you there. Especially the first time, when you have no idea what Alien is all about.

I can't wait to be there when my son is old enough to watch it (with me). A few years yet though.

I thought they were all very funny, even Scream, but thats only because I saw Scary Movie before I saw it and so it kind of ruined things for me. Scream didn't seem scary anyway as it goes.

When I was younger I was frit scared of Arachnophobia, probably because I'm scared of spiders, even the smallest of them. It's safe to say Arachnophobia didn't help matters.

The FD1 scene with the bus was scary I didn't like the bloke getting hung in the bath either, I just can't watch that scene now.

Was watching White Noise the other night and when the Keaton bloke is sitting in that house of the bloke who has been doing all the recording and Keaton looks behind him then turns back to the computer and those three humanoid shapes flash behind him, made me jump

Head in boat in Jaws and probably the "here's johny" line from Jack Nicholson when he's smashing in the bathroom door with an axe trying to get to his wife and kiRAB.

Phew yep the head in Jaws definetely made me jump.(still does) Jason Vorhees coming out of the water in Friday 13th Part 1, Hand out of the grave at the end of Carrie, Halloween where Laurie has just left her frienRAB by the road thinks she sees micheal and turns round straight into her frienRAB policeman dad and the part in saw where the killers eyes are seen through the wardrobe slats in the kiRAB bedroom and he comes out, and the zombie which bursts out the door of the boat in Zombie Flesh Eaters.
