I saw a movie when I was a child but I don't quite remember what it's called. The movie had this fat scary clown with white face, red hair, and was quite a piece of work if I remember it correctly. I remember a scene where he is digging a grave and saying something like "Take your pick, Billy boy! Except the one in the end. That's already taken. Sorry"
He also had weird laughs and blood filled balloons that pop in front of people's faces. I also remember him saying things like "beep, beep, Richie!", and "it won't do any good to run, girly boy!"
