Scary Kids and Women In Movies

I find horrors with scary children and women really terrifying - they make much scarier villains than males IMO. What films like this spring to mind? I can recall: The Shining, The Ring, The Grudge, The Omen, The Exorcist, Darkness Falls
 
Sleepaway Camp. Tosh film with a twist ending that's so shocking you feel like you've just watched a classic. And if you watch it a second time, the kid is about 100 times creepier once you've already seen the final scene.
 
Argh, Kathy Bates as Annie Wilkes. I mean, she scared the crap out of me when I read the book, but to see her brought to life was truly terrifying because the performance was so amazing; just how I imagined she would be.

And, so cliche, but the kid who plays Damien in The Omen (original) scares me. Little kiRAB freak me out.
 
I watched that in a college class a couple of years ago and it's really creepy. One of those films that stays with you long after the end credits.

I'd love to see the stage version.
 
Known as Nightmare Vacation here in the UK. Awful movie but Nightmare Vacation 2 is fantastic.

Can't believe nobody has mentioned Carrie yet.
