Scars on my cheeks - what can be done?

I 'm 34 yrs old, andhave 2children.Ih've been suffering from irregular periRAB and Acnefor past 10 yrs. Now I HAVE scars.[moderate] on my cheeks only.What has to be done?

I have had microdermobrasion on my face (crystal clear), it has improved a great deal, I have been having it once a week for about 3 months. My scard were moderate too
