Hi MichaelsGurl,
Please tell us your age, skin type eg. oily, dry etc, and skin colour. It is impossible to give advice on acne scaring without knowing all about your skin tone and colour.
Im had major dermoplasty about 12 years ago, major redness and looked like I'd had my face in the furnace for about 4 weeks. But the result was pretty good. I was supposed to go back for a second 'burn' but just couldn't face it as it was worse than giving birth - which I've done twice. I'd recommend a general anesthetic and pethadine pain relief, but I only went for assisted local and panadiene forte, silly mee.

If however, you only have just a few 'spots' of skin blemish, I'd advise to just give it time to heal, try a good cleansing diet, drink plenty of water, rest, sunshine, fresh air, exercise and little stress. All of these things contribute to recurring acne, and also affect the healing process.
Let us know how you get on,
RegarRAB, waratah
