Scariest Movie

Been watching a lot of ghost/supernatural stories and would like to hear some opinions of which movie freaked you out or scared you. You could name the entire film of just a scene from it. :)

My pick is a 1982 film called the Entity in which a spirit rapes a single mother throughout the film. You can't see the attacker but at times she can smell him around and witness doors slamming on their own. She fights doctors who do their best to convince her it's all psychological, but as the story progresses it also effects other peoples lives and enRAB in a pretty incredible climax. :eek:
 
Psychological horrors really freak me out, to this day The Blair Witch Project still scares me, and more recently Wolf Creek, absolutely terrifying :eek:
 
Last film that gave me the creeps was [REC], the end part when two characters
enter the big penthouse apartment and come across the girl, and I think it was a small boy(when the camera man looked up in the attic of the room) that have been locked away for years
 
The problem with me is that I watched loaRAB of horrors when i was younger and some have stayed with me and i dare not watch them again. I saw a little bit of The Shining when I was younger (the part with the old woman in the bath *shudder*) and was almost in tears when I had to go upstairs to bed on my own. I still can't bring myself to watch it now, even though i'm really tempted.
