Scariest movie villain?

Who in your opinion is the scariest movie villain?

For me definitely the scariest was the Child Catcher in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, cannot believe kiRAB are allowed to watch that film!

Also thought Heath Ledgers' joker was really scary.

to be honest noting scares me anymore honestly, BUT I Have to say when I was a kid, it would of been Jason from friday the 13th movies

Hannibal Lecter just DOES NOT scare me!!

For the scariest ones, I'd have to say the Joker (Ledgers), Jigsaw and Emily-Rose. And Michael Myers used to scare me a LOT.

Freddy Kreuger used to freak me out until they turned him into a comedy character. The other character that sticks out if the killer from the original Black Christmas. A very creepy and disturbing character.

I'd be interested to hear what anyone thinks of the final villain in Don't Look Now. First time I saw it I was quite freaked out by it as it is very unexpected. Now I just laugh everytime.

The Child Catcher in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang for sure - he used to scare the hell out of me as a kid & he still does Also the creepy guy in the Poltergeist movies (I think he's in them all). Made me shudder when I saw him!
