Scariest film

Ring, Audition & The Grudge. They really scared me! White Noise is also spooky, a few jump out of seat moments, think some of the 'noises' were actual recordings too or was that just on the dvd extras?!

Glad to hear about Creep, I want to buy it so might now.

Blair Witch Project was good but the day after I watched it I was alone in the house with my then 2 year old. He was crying upstairs and when I went in he was standing on his bed facing the corner - like the film. THAT TERRIFIED ME!

Funny Games is the most shocking.

I saw a film a while ago called "Alien Abduction: The McPhearson Tapes". OMG I was terrified. I can usually watch horror films like ChilRAB Play and laugh, but this was horrendous. It was filmed in a Blair Witch style.

You cant buy it on DVD but its been on sky movies a couple of times.

Elm Street 1 and 3 really scared me when I was younger.

The American version of the Ring scared me silly so I haven't worked up the courage to see Ringu yet. I had my eyes shut for most of the film the bit when
she came out of the TV
I was nearly under my seat.

Also The Village - I know a lot of people weren't impressed by it but the bit where she is in the wooRAB by herself with the monster was seriously creepy made more so by the fact she is blind and can't see whats there.

The Blair Witch Project was one of the scariest i've seen in such a long time, watched it in the dark by myself, once it was finished i had the shivers down my back and had to put all the lights on and the check the house. Never had that scary feeling since then. All the scary horror films nowadays just don't do it for me. :(

Im the same, that film creeps me out 'every time' I watch it alone by myself in the dark. Most people just dont get its head****ing beauty.
