scared to have sex with girlfriend?

ok when i was a baby i had a problem with one of my testicals and it was removed, its 18 years later and ive been getting kinda serious with my girlfriend and shes ready to have sex and trust me i really want to but im scared of wat she would think of me only having one. its all normal down there and ive even had my sperm tested and thats fine too. do you think i should tell her before i have sex with her and see if she cares or should i just have sex and see if she notices? this is a fear ive had ever since i knew about sex so please help!
 
tell her, tell her your embarrassed, if its that serious ( your relationship) then that wont come between you..
tell her the situation and hope for the best.
 
its just one instead of 2 man, tbh girls don't really care about the balls they like how you can use your utensils, its nothing to be ashamed of if she don't like it ask yourself is she worth it? she don't accept who you are!
